MailTemp.us provides users with a temporary, disposable email address that expires after a certain period. This service is intended for:

  • Protecting your primary email from spam.

  • Testing web applications.

  • Signing up for one-time services that require email verification.

3. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use MailTemp.us only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our service to:

  • Engage in Criminal Activity: Including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, and money laundering.

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or using temporary emails to create bot accounts.

  • Harassment: Sending threatening, abusive, or defamatory content to others.

  • Hacking & Malware: Distributing viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature, or attempting to compromise the security of MailTemp.us or its users.

  • Bypassing Security: Using the service to circumvent the security measures or terms of service of other platforms (e.g., creating multiple fake accounts).

4. Limitation of Liability

MailTemp.us, its management (imail.edu.vn), and its developer (Nguyễn Thái) shall not be held liable for:

  • Data Loss: Since the email addresses and messages are temporary, they will be automatically and permanently deleted. We are not responsible for any lost information.

  • Service Downtime: We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues.

  • Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for how third-party websites (e.g., Facebook, Google, etc.) react to the use of temporary email addresses from our domain.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Critical Warning: Do Not Use for Sensitive Data

Users are strongly advised NOT to use MailTemp.us for important or sensitive accounts such as:

  • Online Banking or Financial Services.

  • Government or Legal correspondence.

  • Main Social Media accounts.

  • Recovery email addresses for permanent accounts. Once a temporary email is deleted, it is impossible to recover, which may result in permanent loss of access to your external accounts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
